Shipping

All art within the continental U.S. ships free. 

Your custom frame is more than just four pieces of wood, plexiglass and backing. Collectively, we carefully spend over ten hours on each framed print of this size to ensure it's delivered to you ready to hang in all of its glory. Along with being crafted to last a lifetime, we also package your art and frame to ensure there's no harm done as it finds it's way to you. All of this said, sometimes, unfortunate things happen along the way that are beyond our control and there's a chance your frame can arrive imperfect.

Because of this, we require that any issue or damage claim must be filed within 5 days of receiving your delivery, otherwise we cannot assume responsibility or make a claim with our shipment carrier. Please open and inspect your frame immediately upon receipt and if there's an issue, carefully follow these instructions:

1. When the shipment arrives, if you notice any visible damage to the outside of the box, you can note this when you sign for it.
2. Take a picture of the outside of the box before you open it.
3. Open the package and take pictures of all damage points.
4. Send all photos and an email support@baystreetdesign.com with Subject Line: Damage - Order #...

All of the hardware needed to hang the piece is included in the shipment. Do not attempt to hang with a wire.

International Shipping

Orders to other countries outside of the United States may be subject to vat, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your Country. We ship your package according to incoterm delivered duty unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect vat, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside United States and we cannot predict what your estimated charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Returns

All sales are final. However, when you buy from us we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase experience. We hope you love everything you receive from us but if you're less than satisfied with your order, please let us know, and we will do our best to make things right! Contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order by emailing support@baystreetdesign.com 

General

Discount codes cannot be used on sale items and cannot be combined with other discount codes. They can only be used at time of checkout. We do not offer price adjustments for sales or coupons.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@baystreetdesign.com and we'll start the exchange process.

Please note, some of our products are vintage items. This makes them one of a kind and slightly imperfect, just how we like it! Our vintage items are thoroughly inspected and meet our high quality standards. Condition is already reflected in price.
